Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced the rules for debate to be conducted during the anugoonj prelims (the aanual fest of GGSIPU) which is on February 18, 2015.
Following are the rules for the debate (hindi/english)
- Team consists of 2 members; one for the motion and one against
- 2 teams will be selected per zone
- Maximum time limit 3+1 minutes.
- Team of 2 and not the individual will be considered for first and second position.
