Registration Dates for TANCET 2014 Extended

The last date to register for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2014 has been extended.

Candidates can now register for TANCET 2014 till February 22, 2014, in few centres and till February 24, 2014, in Chennai centre.

As per a notification on the official website of Anna University, Chennai, “Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2014 is scheduled on 22nd March, 2014 and 23rd March, 2014. The registration in person and issue of Hall Tickets at the Co-ordinating Centres viz. Coimbatore, Chidambaram, Dindigul, Erode, Karaikudi, Madurai, Nagercoil, Salem, Thanjavur, Tirunelveli, Tiruchirappalli, Vellore, Villupuram, Virudhunagar is extended till 22nd February, 2014 and in Chennai upto 24th February, 2014 including 23rd February, 2014 (Sunday).”

Anna University, Chennai is conducting TANCET 2014 on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu for candidates seeking admission to MBA, MCA, M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan degree programmes for the year 2014-15.

These programmes are being offered at University Departments, University Colleges of Engineering, Regional Centres of Anna University, Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Arts & Science Colleges and Self-Financing Colleges (Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges including stand-alone institutions) in Tamil Nadu.
