Recently the Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology, West Bengal witnessed few successful campus drives.
Companies like Raymond, Wipro, Infosys recruited the students through in-campus and pool campus drives. Trident, TCS, Capgemini and others are to visit soon for recruitments.
During the season however Trident stands to be one of the highest payers.
The college is also going through a renovation process which includes few fully furnished computer laboratories, well equipped server room and many more. It’s a TEQUIP sponsored program.
The college now has full WIFI enabled campus and the students as well as faculty members can enjoy using WIFI anywhere inside the campus.
Recently numbers of CCTV cameras were installed throughout the campus for security purpose. Now the college is monitored 24X7.
