Bharti Airtel Ltd is conducting a campus placement drive at the campus of Chandigarh Group of Colleges for Diploma (All streams), MBA and MCA students of 2014 passing out batch on June 18, 2014.
The placement is conducted for the position of Store Manager /In charge. The service executive will be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving customer issues related to products and services and will adhere to the standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher with MBA /retail sales or 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
- Age: 21-28 years
- Experience in telecom/ consumer electronics technical support or customer service BPO
- Preferred experience in customer service function
Skills required:
- Customer relationship management
- Strong communication skills
- Technical product knowledge
- Analytical skills for issue identification, resolution
Package:
Candidates will be given 15-20k CTC as a salary depends upon requirements and candidates calibre. Candidate will get incentive, as per company policy. Selected candidate will have to join by July 1, 2014 at any cost.
