Panjab University (PU) extends last date for form submission to July 6, 2013

Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has extended the last date for the submission of application forms for admissions to various programmes in the university's departments, institutes and its regional centres to July 6, 2013.

Earlier, the last date was July 3, 2013.

The date has been extended in wake of the flash floods that wrecked havoc in Uttarakhand.

The applicants for the first year of any course have been advised to purchase a copy of handbook of information to acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations and other details of the course.

Candidates who wish to apply for admission to university's teaching departments for the session 2013-2014 can also download admission form from PU website (www.puchd.ac.in) free of cost. However, those finally admitted will be charged Rs. 60 as the cost of admission form along with admission fee.

Admission for various courses in faculty of arts, sciences, business management and commerce, design and fine arts, education, engineering and technology, languages, law, medical sciences and pharmaceutical sciences are on in the university. However, the last date for certificate/ diploma courses is July 17.
