Odisha Class 12th Arts & Commerce Results 2016 Announced

The Orissa result/Odisha result for Class 12th examination 2022 for Arts and Commerce streams was announced on June 1, 2022 by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) of Odisha.

The Council declared the results of the annual Class 12 Arts, Commerce and Vocational Studies at 3pm.

Around 250,000 students from Arts stream, 35,000 students from Commerce stream and 10,000 from vocational studies appeared for the Class 12 examination.

The results for Odisha Class 12th Science stream were announced on May 13, 2022. Around 85,000 students from Science stream appeared for the exam.

The result for Science stream was announced first to allow students to take national-level entrance tests for admission in engineering and medical colleges.

In total, more than 373,000 students appeared for 12th Class examination from March 2 to March 24, 2022.

This year, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) of Odisha faced a lot of trouble during evaluation of answer sheets as thousands of college teachers staged protests in the state regarding their salaries.

However, the Council managed to roll out everything as per schedule to avoid any delay in announcement of HSC exam result. The delayed results could have prevented students from applying to colleges for admission.
