NMIMS MBA Admission 2016: All You'd Know!

NMIMS, an acronym for Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, has announced admission to its various Master of Business Management programmes open. Candidates who eye for a successful career in various specializations of MBA including Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at Hyderabad and Bangalore campuses, MBA in Human Resource and Pharmaceutical Management at Mumbai Campus for the academic session June 2022 should consider reading the information provided in this article. NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022: Educational Qualification 

Those who want to apply for NMIMS MBA and/or PGDM should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate. However, those who want to apply for the MBA Pharmaceutical Management programme should have an MBBS, Life Sciences, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, B.Sc., Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from a recognised university/college with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Other than this, candidates who have master’s degree in Sociology, Psychology and Economics can also apply.

NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022: Admission Process

For candidates who want to apply for MBA, MBA Human Resource, MBA Pharmaceutical Management, PGDM Bangalore and PGDM Hyderabad, NMAT by GMAC is a mandatory test; scores of which will be submitted by GMAC electronically to NMIMS and all the NMIMS applicants.

Candidates shortlisted in NMAT by GMAC will have to appear for the Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022: Important Dates

The last date to apply for the NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022 is October 13, 2022.

Reapplication process will be on from October 8 and will remain on until December 21, 2022.

The date for NMAT by GMAC exam is between October 7 and December 20, 2022.

The results will be declared on January 24, 2022

Registration for CD/PI will start from January 25, 2022 and will end on January 29, 2022,

CD and PI round will be conducted between February 6, 2022 and February 18, 2022.

NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022: Application Fee

The normal registration fee for NMIMS Application will remain INR 1100 either for MBA full-time, Mumbai Campus or PGDM-Bangalore / PGDM-Hyderabad. Whereas the application fee for both PGDM in Bangalore/PGDM in Hyderabad and MBA Full Time in Mumbai Campus will remain INR 1500.  

Similarly, Reapplication, which will start from October 8, 2022 and will end on December 21, 2022, fee for either MBA full time in Mumbai Campus and PGDM in Bangalore/ PGDM in Hyderabad will remain INR 1100. Whereas the reapplication fee for both MBA Full Time-Mumbai Campus and PGDM-Bangalore/PGDM-Hyderabad will remain INR 1500.  

In the online application form, candidates can find three radio buttons for registration: MBA, Both (MBA and PGDM– Bangalore/PGDM-Hyderabad) & PGDM-Bangalore/PGDM-Hyderabad. Candidates can apply for more than one programme while paying the registration charges as mentioned above.

NMIMS MBA, PGDM Programme 2022: Exam Centres

Based on candidates’ scores in NMAT by GMAC, they will be shortlisted for the Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. However, before they reach to this level of process, they need to appear for the NMAT by GMAC Exam which will be held on the different centres across various cities throughout India. The exam centres will be in the cities mentioned in the table given below.
