Galgotias University presents its most awaited event Nirmaan’14 on November 8, 2014. It is one of its kind, biggest youth parliament of biggest democracy of World.
A youth parliament is an academic simulation of the parliament of the country. Nirmaan is an academic simulation of Indian Parliament in form and content.This youth parliament will comprise of 2 houses, namely Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha.
Aim of Nirmaan’14:
- To develop the art of Peaceful Negotiation among potential National Leaders
- It is an initiation to familiarize students with Civics, Policy Matter and Decision Making in a Government Organizational Setup
- To generate overall awareness about the working parliament among the students
- To create awareness among youth about their responsibilities towards the nation and motivate them to be a good citizen, bringing about social changes for the betterment of the society
Nirmaan promises to be one of the most challenging events one will ever participate in grooming not only the levels of intellect, but your debating, diplomatic and collaboration skills as well. It would surely be a debate laced with dignity, research and passion.
