NEET UG 2013 Counseling to start on July 10 2013 for MBBS & BDS courses

NEET or National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test  is the test conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) for admission to the under graduate medical courses at all India level. The test has replaced medical examinations like AIPMT, DUMET from 2013 onwards.

The counseling for National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate is scheduled to start on July 10, 2013 as declared by CBSE.

Students, who had cleared the NEET 2013 entrance exam for admission to MBBS and Bachelor of Dentistry Science (BDS) courses in India, have been issued letter for all India UG 2013 online counseling by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the authority organization that conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam in India. This has been to conferred by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and Dental Council of India DCI).

The counseling process for NEET-UG 2013

• Registration for counseling – students will be required to exercise their choice, indicative seats and lock their respective choice
• Seat allotment process – Round I
• Announcement of Round I process
• Reporting at allotted medical/ dental college against Round I within stipulated time

This will be repeated until seats are filled. Courses will commence once the admission is closed.

Eligible candidates can download the counseling letter from the official website of CBSE NEET. The counseling shall take place for 15% all India quota. In order to go for the counseling, the student will need to fill a counseling form. To get the form, click here.
