Delhi University is conducting a national seminar on Poverty and Heath Rights of Handloom Weavers in India on November 21, 2014.
 
 
Invited speakers will give presentations on the core idea including the government Departments of Textile, Rural Development and human Rights Commission, followed by a panel discussion by the experts from education institutes.
