NATA 2022 or National Aptitude Test in Architecture is a national level entrance examination, conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) to carry admissions process in law colleges across India. The exam tests a candidate’s ability and aptitude as per the skills required for an architecture course.
CoA will organise the upcoming NATA examination in two phases over a period of five months. The exam will take place on April 16, 2022, as a single day examination. The exam registrations have commenced from January 2, 2022.
NATA examination consists of two parts – offline drawing test and online aesthetic sensitivity test. The drawing test will consist of three questions while the sensitivity test will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions. There is no provision of negative marking in sensitivity test.
NATA 2022 Application Forms:
The NATA registrations have commenced from January 2, 2022. Aspiring candidates can fill-in the online registration forms on the official web portal of NATA 2022. They will have to enter the desired details and pay the registration fee for successful registration. All candidates are advised to fill-in the online registration forms before the registration closes.

NATA 2022 Registration Fee:
In order to complete the NATA 2022 registrations successfully, each candidate should pay a registration fee of INR 1250 excluding additional transaction charges. The registration fee can be paid online only using a credit card, debit card or net banking. Registration fee can also be paid offline through cash at a nearest ICICI Bank branch.
NATA 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
All candidates applying for NATA 2022 examination should have cleared SSC or class 10th or equivalent examination from any recognised board. However, candidates who have secured a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination are only eligible to apply for B.Arch course. In addition, there is no provision for direct or lateral admission to B.Arch course.
A candidate’s NATA score remains valid for two years duration, from the year in which he appeared for the exam. Each candidate can make a maximum of five attempts within these two years from the date of the first attempt.
