NASA event at OM Institute of Technology and Management, Haryana

OM Institute of Technology and Management (OITM) will conduct an event called NASA from March 28-30, 2014.

This is an inter-college event which attracts exemplary participation about 54 colleges from the north zone of India.

This NASA has been sponsored by central board of architecture and is held every year in different colleges. This time only the students from Architecture background are allowed to participate and to make all arrangements for the event.

The estimation of the function is about 45-47 lakhs half of which is given by board of architecture and the rest of money is invested by College Chairman.

Om Institute of Technology and Management (OITM) is located at Juglan in Hisar (Haryana).OITM is an ISO 9001: 2008 Certified Institute which is affiliated to Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. The institute is duly recognised by AICTE, New Delhi and DTE, Haryana.Major facilities are library, lab, hostel etc.

Eligibility criteria:

• For 1st year (JEE): Candidate should pass 10+2 Examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects having one of the Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject. Scored at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects studied together. Admission will be according to JEE ranking.

• For 2nd year (LEET): Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category) in any branch of Engineering/Technology or passed B Sc. Degree from a UGC recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category). Admission will be according to LEET ranking.

• For ME/M. Tech: Passed Bachelor degree (B.E/B. Tech) in relevant discipline or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category) as a regular student. The admission shall be Merit based Ranking in the Haryana Common Postgraduate Entrance Test -2013 to be conducted by Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal
