MDU guidelines for B. Tech final year students

All final year B. Tech students of Satya College of Engineering and Technology, Palwal are informed that as per the following guide lines prescribed by MDU for the 8th semester students & the same will be followed by the department during the conduction both Institutional Project & Industrial Training programs.

According to MDU Guidelines the students are required to undergo Industrial Training or Institutional Project Work of duration not less than 4 months in a reputed organization or concerned institute. The students who wish to undergo industrial training must chose at least a private limited company for undergoing the training. The students shall submit and present the mid-term progress report at the institute. The presentation will be attended by a committee. Alternatively, the teacher may visit the industry to get the feedback of the students.

Those students who are not undergoing any industrial training program or are not interested to do the same outside the campus, they need to register group wise in the department by filling up the required registration form on or before March 4, 2014.

The project of the 8th semester ECE students should be based on proposed areas of Electronics and Communication fields. Moreover if some project is based on the area except the area mentioned here, it shall be accepted with only relevant & valid reasons. Decision of Department for those types of discrepancies will be final one.
