MBA Induction Program at Vindhya Institute of Management & Research

Vindhya Institute of Management and Research, Indore organized an induction program on September 15, 2013 for its new MBA batch.

Dr. P.K. Chande, an eminent personality in the field of academics was the Chief Guest for the function. He shared some wonderful incidents from his long successful career. He said there are five elements which all students should compulsorily posses. These elements are deep belief (Earth), society/good relations (Air), energy (Fire), creativity (Sky), and purity (Water) of character. Dr. Chande also emphasized on improving communication skills as it is the base for MBA students. Management is all about communicating with others. He also answered various questions raised by the students.

Mr. Shailendra Singh, Sr. Manager and Head, Batch-masters Inc., was the guest of honour. While addressing the students, he emphasized on using the social networking sites to improve one’s professional networking. He also shared his own experiences with the students. He said the major quality a candidate should develop during his MBA course in adaptability. He explained the importance of communication skills for management students.

Director VIMR, Dr. Harish Bapat welcomed all the students to the college. He asked students to get involved in all the activities going on in the college campus. He also gave vote of thanks. All the faculty members of VIMR, Principal VITS Dr. Rajendra Tare and Executive Director Mr. A.J. Siddiqui were also present. The event was coordinated by Mr. Shantanu Verma and anchored by students Nisha and Neha.
