Jamia Millia Islamia University has launched its Maiden Summer Internship programme running by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) of Jamia from June 26, 2015.
This programme was inaugurated by the Prof. Talat Ahmad Vice –Chancellor of Jamia. He propelled the students who have been selected for this summer internship. Selection of these students was done through the written exam and interviews. A total of 160 applicants out of which 55 selected in written test and out of 55 only 26 have been selected in interviews for final. The selected candidates have been segregated into below clubs.
- Embedded systems and Robotics club
- Animation and Games Designing club
- Programming club
- Biotech club
- Any other club, on the request of a group of students and Approved by CIE ,JMI
The duration of the internship programmes is for 5-week. During theprogramme students will be paid stipend 5,000 and certificates of successful completion of intership.
