Kerala TET 2014 Results Announced

The results for Kerala-Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) 2014 have been announced on the official website of Pareeksha Bhavan, Kerala.

The exam is mandatory for candidates who wish to become teachers in any of the schools approved by the Department of General Education, Government of Kerala.

The quality of teacher candidates is assessed through four different exams for different categories which are: a) Lower Primary Classes, b) Upper Primary Classes, c) High School Classes, d) Language Teachers up to Upper Primary Classes, Specialist Teachers and Physical Education.

The K-TET ensures that candidates recruited as teachers possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at all levels of schooling.

This year, the exam was held on September 27, 2014 and October 18, 2014.

The K-TET exam is carried out as per the guidelines laid down by State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Kerala.
