The Teacher’s Eligibility Test (TET) is conducted to recruit eligible candidates to be appointed as teachers for Class 1 to 8 in schools approved by the Department of General Education, Government of Karnataka based on the papers they appeared for.

Steps to check the results:

• Log on to the official website
• Click on the ‘Registration/Login’ tab
• Click on ‘Revised Results’ tab
• Enter the required details in the respective boxes
• Click on submit button
• Take the print out of the result for future reference

Teacher’s Eligibility Test (TET) is an entrance examination for teachers. The test is a mandatory requirement to get jobs in government schools to teach students of Classes 1 to 8. Paper 1 is used as the pre-requisite test for teachers opting for Class 1 to 5 while Paper 2 is meant for teachers opting for Class 6 to 8. The TET is conducted by both central and state governments.
