JNTU Hyderabad Declares Interview and Counselling Schedule for PhD/M.Phil/M.S and M.S (VLSI & Embedded Systems)

Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) Hyderabad is situated in Kukatpally. The university has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The university was deemed as an autonomous body after Act No 30 of the approval of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature known as the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008 which came into force on 18th August, 2008.

JNTU offers various courses in Science, IT and Management at Undergraduate, Post graduate and Research level. The University recently declared interview and examination schedule for enrollment in PhD, M.Phil, M.S and M.S (VLSI & Embedded Systems). The schedule is mentioned below:


Interview schedule for PhD/M.Phil/M.Sc for admission in JNTU:

The selected candidates for above mentioned courses are required to report one hour before the scheduled dates. The interview will be held from 16th August to 10th September. The candidates need to carry following original documents at the time of interview:
 

• SSC Certificate
• Degree/PG certificate
• Latest NOC in original
• Bio-data, Acceptance letter, Ratification of appointment of suggested supervisor/co-supervisor with Xerox copies of four publication
• Copies of plan of research proposed
• Candidates can be asked to present a PPT of the proposal

Counselling schedule for M.S (VLSI & Embedded Systems) for admission in JNTU:

The counselling for enrollment in M.S (VLSI & Embedded Systems) for admission in JNTU will be held on 6th August 2012 at Admission Section, Counselling Hall of JNTU.

The candidates who have applied for the course with valid GATE rank, PGECET 2012 rank and qualified in the entrance examination conducted by JNTU in the month of July are required to attend the counselling.  

The students need to carry following original documents on the day of counselling:

• Original Rank Card / Hall Ticket (valid GATE / PGECET rank card-2012)
• Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/SSLC/HSC/MP/CBSC)
• Convocation Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate of the qualifying  Examination (B.Tech. / B.E.)
• Marks Memos of Qualifying Examination (B.Tech. / B.E.).
• Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate
• Copies of first, second, third and last pages of Passport (optional)

The candidates should pay Rs 60, 000 for first semester and counselling fee Rs 1000 at the time of counselling, if selected for admission.
