JK Lakshmipat University, Conducts HR Summit

JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur organized a two-day 'HR Summit' at the university campus on 19th March 2022.

Dr. R. L Raina , Vice Chancellor , JK Lakshmipat University inaugurated the programme. Dr. Anupam Kumar Singh , Director- IET, JKLU expressed his views on the sub theme of summit “Skilling youth for industry” and also briefed about the purpose of organizing the summit.

The Chief Guest of event Mr. M.M Singh, Advisor-Maruti Suzuki Ltd. shared his experience with the university students and the faculty members. He talked on the topic of 'Human asset Management, Effective Collaboration of Industry and Academia'. He also suggested the students to develop their skills according to current industry requirements.

Mr. Vijay Deshpande, Vice president HR JK Tyre presented his view on the theme “creating connection, building bridges”.

During the event, HR professionals from national & international companies also participated - JK TYRE, Shree Cement, Maruti, FIAT, GMR.NBC Bearing, Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd., Ericsson, JCB, Devi Construction.

The aims of the summit is to provide a platform to prospective corporate leaders and current HR practitioners to deliberate upon the contemporary issues in various domains of management and engineering disciplines and come up with solutions to bridge the identified gaps.
