JIM’s Initiative towards educate the kids from backward places

Grasping education is comparatively easier than imparting the same. Realizing the importance of imparting learning or better say a quality learning through education to village kids who hardly know the difference between education and quality education. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore had come up with a concern for the society of Dakachaya a village nearby the institute.

“Charity begins at Home. Dakachaya is the just not the village where our Institute exists but it is our home and there could be nothing best than to begin the education from Home. A child too gets his first learning from home” says the source.
The approach towards developing the education of village kids was initiated by Dr. Megha Jain and in cooperation Dr. Priti Bakshi and in support of other faculty members. It was the first Batch of 2011-13 who started this education system and this system was flagged with the name “UMANG”. It was a collaborative effort of Ms. Saravanti Ivaturi, Himanshu Kumar, Abhihsek Sooryavanshi, Amit Agrawal and other Team Members.

This system was well led by Batch 2012-14 by Aman Kumar, Anvita Varshney, Niraj Sharma, Mantu Das, Pawan Kumar Singh and Team. Now it’s the turn of our new fresh batch to take the charge of lightening the lamp of education in Dakachaya.
