Janki Devi Memorial College has declared the syllabus for its three years undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (B.A) & Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) programmes for third year.

About the programmes

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A) - Hons of the Janki Devi Memorial College came into action from the year 2004. The B.A programme has 12 courses to be studied over 6 semesters with 4 Courses taught and examined each semester. 4 types of courses of B.A programme are Discipline, Language, Foundation and Application.

The Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) programme covers subjects like Business Organisation and Business Management, Principles of Micro Economics, Corporate Accounting, Business Mathematics and Statistics, Cost Accounting.

The syllabus covers subjects like Arabic, Bengali, Commerce, Economics, English, French, Geography, German, Hindi, Hindi Patrakarita, History, Italian, Journalism, Management studies, Hindustani Music, Karnatak Music, Percussion Music, Persian, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Punjabi etc.
