IUJ Journal of Management Released at ICFAI University

During the valedictory function of Course work-2 of PhD scholars of 2015 batch, IUJ Journal of Management – November 2015 issue was released by Prof (Dr) NK Yadav, VC of Central University of Jharkhand on November 26, 2015.

Earlier, welcoming the audience, Prof ORS Rao, Vice-Chancellor of ICFAI University, Jharkhand explained the initiatives taken by the University to promote research and publications, besides quality education. Mr AK Srivastava, IAS (Retd) who was the Guest of Honour advised the scholars to take up research in areas, relevant to Jharkhand.

Prof (Dr) NK Yadav, VC, Central university of Jharkhand, who was the chief guest appreciated the efforts of the ICFAI University to promote quality research and publications. “It is only through quality research, Indian universities can find a place in the top 100 Global universities“, added Prof Yadav.

During the function the best presenters in the course work-2 of PhD were awarded by the Honourable guests and VC. Mr. Praveen Kumar, Mr. Rohin Bhatnagar and Mr. Aniruddha Bhowmik got 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize respectively.

The winner of the intra-university debate competition namely Mr. Abhijeet Sinha & Bimal Basu (BBA Sem III & B. Tech V), Ms. Simran Verma (B Com Sem I) and Ms. Ragini (MBA-I) were awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize respectively.

Research Scholars of 2015-19 batches expressed their happiness with the quality of Course Works conducted by the University.

Dr KK Nag, Member of BOG and Dr Hari Haran, Academic Advisor, IUJ also addressed the gathering. Dr. BM Singh, Registrar of the University proposed a Vote of Thanks. All faculties, officials and students also attended the program.
