ITBP Recruitment 2016: Applications Open Now

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police force has recently released an official notification. Under the Ministry of Indian Government, ITBP has invited applications for all the eligible and interested candidates to apply for the post of Inspector (General Duty). Candidates can download the application forms on their official website, itbpolice.nic.in. The last date of downloading and submitting the form is October 20, 2022.

The ITBP has 683 vacancies for the post of Inspector (General Duty) based on deputation and the category is Group ‘B’ Non Gazetted.

1. The candidates should not be more than 52 years old.
2. Candidates should have completed graduation from a recognized university or institute.

ITBP Recruitment 2022: How to Apply?

Candidates can follow the given instructions to apply for ITBP posts-

1. Candidates can download the ITBP application form from the official website, www.itbpolice.nic.in.
2. Download the official notification, attached application form, and take a printout.
3. Read all the instructions carefully and fill the form with required information as per given instructions.
4. Paste your recent colour photograph and sign it.
5. Re-check all the details that you have filled in before sending it to the authorities.
6. There is an application fee that you will need to pay. Send the amount via Demand Draft (DD).
7. Send it to the official address- Sr. Admn. Officer (Estt), Directorate General, ITBP, MHA/Govt of India, Block-2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi- 110003

ITBP Recruitment 2022: Important Points to Note

1. The period of deputation will be three years, which can be extended later.
2. Candidates will be selected on the basis of an entrance examination. The selected candidates will then be called for personal interview.
3. The final selection of the candidate will be based on the written examination, physical test and medical examination/test.
4. A list of the names of selected candidates will be displayed on ITBP’s official website soon after the examination.
5. The pay scale of the Inspectors will range from INR 9300- INR 34800 with grade pay INR 4600.
6. Along with the pay scale, there are other allowances provided to the selected officers, which include house rent, medical facilities, etc.
7. Candidates may note that once the officers are nominated, they will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature.
8. ITBP application forms if submitted after the last date will be rejected.
9. Applications can also be cancelled if the candidates fail to show the required documents/certificates along with the form.
