International Conference on ‘Managing Academic Libraries-A Roadmap to 2025’ by IIT Roorkee

Mahatma Gandhi Central Library of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee is going to conduct an International Conference on “Managing Academic Libraries-A Roadmap to 2025” on October 22, 2015 and October 23, 2015.

Present upcoming International Conference is intending to give a platform to the target participants to share their views and ideas pertaining to the conference theme. The main objective of this conference is to lay down the blueprint for academic libraries management for the coming decade covering all the aspects of management. The sub-theme and related areas for papers:

The target participants for the Symposium are Academicians, Researchers and Students; Information Clientele including vendors, aggregators etc.; Content and Knowledge Managers; IT Service Provider; Library and Information Science Professionals; Policy Makers & Educationists; E-learning Communities; Electronic and Print Publishing Industry.

The papers/abstracts based on practice, theoretical and empirical research, case studies etc. should be original and to be submitted through email at conference.mgcliitr@gmail.com. All the part takers should register on or before the last date as the seats available are limited. Accommodation will be provided on Twin Sharing Basis only.

Registration Fee:

The Registration includes conference kit, conference proceedings, breakfast, working lunch, conference dinner, Tea and local transport. Accompanying persons shall not be entitled for conference kit and proceedings.
