International conference - INCON by ASM Group of Institutes, Chinchwad, Pune

ASM Group of Institutes, Chinchwad, Pune organized the tenth edition of INCON, an international conference on Ongoing Research in Management & IT recently. More than 500 authors both from India & abroad sent about 400 plus papers in various disciplines. INCON-X had participation from many foreign Universities including academic partners from Mexico, USA & Poland, one of its kinds in the academic world in addition to the Savitribai Phule Pune University & AMMI, the Association of Management of MBA/MMS Institutes of Maharashtra.

 The event was inaugurated  by Dr. W. N. Gade, Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University in the midst of several Indian and foreign dignitaries including the Hon. Consul General of Republic of Poland in Mumbai, His Excellency Lezsek Brenda. Also present on the occasion were Dr. Santosh Dastane, Dr. E.B.Khedkar, Dr. Kurt Kirstein, Dr. Margherita Mori& Dr. Pradeep  ASM Group Chairman, Dr. Sandeep Pachpande and Dr. Asha Pachpande, Managing Trustee& Secretary, ASM Group. 

Dr. Sandeep Pachpande welcomed the guests & briefed about the conference. Dr. W.N. Gade In his speech, he stressed the need for a joint approach by industry and academia towards research and expressed that the teaching methodology should also be research oriented for better results as the quality suffers if the research component is low.

Dr. Asha Pachpande expressed the Vote of Thanks. The valedictory function of INCON-X, 2015, was held on the evening of next day. Nearly 200 papers were presented in 13 concurrent sessions during the course of the event.  The Chief Guest Dr. M G Takwale, former Vice Chancellor of Shivaji University commended the ASM Group under the inspiring leadership of Dr. Sandeep Pachpande and Dr. Asha Pachpande for successful conduct of this eagerly awaited conference for a full decade and the growing popularity as evident by the number of research papers received this year from all over India and abroad.
