International Bread Day at G D Goenka School of Hospitality

G D Goenka School of Hospitality has commemorated International Bread Day with tremendous display of over 50 breads from 10 different countries at B Block event area from 11 am onwards.  Generally Bread has been the most imperative part of every culture, race and religion around the world.

School of Hospitality (SOH) has celebrated this event with jollification with a robust support of students & faculty. Gastronomy industry revolves around delicious breads and all their derivatives.

SOH has invited following special guest for the Bread Day Celebration, who themselves are high – spirited about baking and bread:

• Chef Manager
• Soda Bottle Opener Wala
• Chef Nishant Choubey
• Executive Chef, Dusit Devarana

International Bread Day was begun by the breaking of the first bread and appreciation of bread by Vice Chancellor, Prof (Dr.) Raj Singh along with the two chefs & also they were joined by the Dr. Nitesh Bansal, Registrar, G D Goenka University (GDGU) and all the Deans of different Schools.

It was an open event for the all faculty and students of G D Goenka University, which was well supported by the motivating crowd for their scrumptious breads.

The event imparted great chance for students of hospitality as well as for non - hospitality fields to understand the baking technique and variety of breads under the roof of School of Hospitality (SOH) at G D Goenka University. Through this event School of Hospitality (SOH) brought out so many talented and bread specialist and expert.
