Sujjain Talwar is a qualified solicitor in India, England and Wales and with over 20 years of experience as a corporate and infrastructure lawyer, has worked extensively on private sector participation initiatives in various infrastructure sectors in India and abroad. Mr. Talwar, a partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) in India where he heads the corporate and infrastructure team and also serves on the board of directors of several Infrastructure companies in India where he mainly represents the interests of the foreign investors. He brings to the table the striking blend of an in-depth understanding of local laws coupled with international experience in formulating and implementing mergers and acquisitions and various models of public private participation across many infrastructure sectors including water, roads, major and minor ports and airports in India and abroad.
