Induction-Cum-Welcome Program at Jaipur National University

 

 

 

 

Well-known for its commitment towards quality education and excellent learning atmosphere, Jaipur National University conducted the Induction-Cum-Welcome Program for the newly admitted students for session 2015-2022 at the main campus of the university on August 5, 2015. 

 

This auspicious occasion was graced by the visit of hon’ble Chancellor, Dr. Sandeep Bakshi as Chief Guest. Toppers of the various programs were awarded cash prizes and scholarships to the newly admitted students.

 

The new students were welcomed with a traditional way putting a tilak on forehead. This year JNU has admitted near about 2000 students. Chief Guest and Chancellor, Dr. Bakshi addressed the students and extended a warm welcome to them on behalf of the JNU family. He said that JNU believes in the all-round development of students and therefore encouraged them to take up keen initiative in extracurricular activities along with studies. He advised the newcomers to study with complete dedication and thereby compel a company to recruit them.

 

Vice Chancellor, Prof. H.N Verma on his speech spoke about the journey of JNU from a normal university to top 30 universities in India as per India Today Ranking. University sets an example for all private universities and stands as pioneer institute in Rajasthan.

 

Induction-cum-welcome Program is followed by a three day interaction of students with eminent personalities from their respected fields. Students were also interacted with faculties and got the chance to explore the campus.
