I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University has started the UG/PG admission for engineering and management courses for the session 2022.
Admissions to all B.Tech, B.Tech (LEET), B.Arch, M Tech, M.Arch and MBA courses will be made through a Central Counselling process. For M Sc., MA and other Non- AICTE courses admission will be made on the basis of inter–se-merit of the candidates in the qualifying examination.
Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria for admission to B. Tech., B. Tech. (LEET), B. Arch., M. Tech., M. Arch. and MBA courses will be same as notified by the Punjab Govt. and as per the university norms.
Selection Procedure:
The university will follow separate selection procedures for AICTE and non-AICTE courses. The detail is available in the PDF attached here.
After following above said procedure, if still the seats remain vacant in reserve category, the university will fill these from candidates belonging to general category in the subsequent step at the end of counselling.
