Eligibility Criteria
To fructify your IIT Delhi M. Tech Admission goals, you need to fulfil well-defined eligibility criteria. For your convenience, it is elaborated below:
o A B.E. / B. Tech / M. Sc or equivalent degree from a recognised technical institute is essential for IIT Delhi M. Tech Admission.
o As a General category student, your aggregate score should be 75 percent of above or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale. Nonetheless, SC, ST and PH students can benefit from 15 to 20 percent relaxation.
o For General and OBC category candidates, a GATE 2022/2022/2015 score has to be 300 or above. However, the minimum requirement for SC, ST and PH candidates is 200.
o Students with a valid AMIE score or Grad IETE qualifications can also fancy their chances. However, their performance in AMIE/Grad IETE will be crucial for securing a seat in M Tech programmes. For such students, valid GATE scores is also a requisite.
o Last but not least, you need to sit for a written test and subsequently appear for a personal interview on a specified date.

For securing IIT Delhi M. Tech admission, you need to conform to a standard application procedure. Any variance may lead to cancellation of your application form. So, proceed with caution.
o Your IIT Delhi M Tech enrollment dream starts with a registration. Herein, you require typing in your email-id as the username, along with a password, which should contain a minimum of six characters. Since they are more secure, alphanumeric passwords are recommended.
o IIT Delhi offers you four programme choices within a department. Make sure to submit a separate application form, if you are applying for one or more interdisciplinary M. Tech programme(s).
o Avoid any special characters when filling in the required fields
o Crosschecking spellings of your name are also recommended.
o Note down the unique application number, as it will come handy when transacting your application fee online via SBI’s ‘State Bank Collect’ utility
