IIM Lucknow Eligibility Criteria 2022 – Since the registrations for Common Admission Test or CAT 2022 has started, a buzz has been created within the candidates trying to get themselves registered at the earliest that eventually gives them an opportunity to study in the prestigious IIMs. One such IIM that witnesses several applications every year is Indian Institute of Management Lucknow or IIM-L.
Established in the year 1984 as the fourth IIM in the country, IIM Lucknow offers three post-graduate programmes namely PGPM (Post Graduate Programme in Management), PGP-ABM (Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management) and PGP-SM (Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management). Candidates who want to study any of these courses in IIM Lucknow should have taken CAT examination and meet the eligibility criteria of the institute.

IIM Lucknow Admission Policy:
In order to get an admission in IIM Lucknow for the two-year course of PGP/ PGP-AGM/ PGP-SM, candidates need to first appear for CAT 2022 examination which is conducted by the IIMs. Every IIM releases their individual percentile cut-offs for students to qualify.
The minimum CAT Percentile Cut-offs for the year 2022 is as follows –
Moreover, candidates applying for PGP-SM course should have a minimum work experience of 24 months to be eligible.
Candidates who qualify the minimum cut-offs percentile for these courses will be called for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) on the basis of the merit list/ composite score prepared by the institute.
Composite score/ merit list is prepared by IIM L using the following procedure.
* PGP-ABM candidates should note that the maximum marks for Diversity Factor cannot be more than 20.
+Candidates applying for PGP-ABM & PGP-SM course will be considered for Composite Score calculation only after they fill-in PGP-ABM/ PGP-SM Special Form.
Candidates are evaluated in WAT-PI in 1:4 ratio. This implies that a candidate is judged on a 10 scale point for WAT and on a 40 scale point for PI. Candidate should note that a minimum of 12 marks needs to be obtained out of 40 to clear the PI round.
Candidates are finally offered admission to IIM Lucknow on the basis of the Final score obtained by taking into account CAT score, academic performance in previous years of education, diversity factor, work experience, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. Final score is derived on the basis of the weights assigned to these factors. Weights for calculation of final score after WAT-PI is provided below.
