The Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM-Indore) has invited bids from qualified service providers to conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2014.
CAT is carried out for admission to IIMs and other prestigious B-Schools in India.
IIMs five-year agreement with Prometrics, test development and delivery providers, shall be ending after CAT 2013.
In wake of this, fresh bids have been invited from eligible service providers to conduct CAT 2014.
“We are looking for prospective service providers who can conduct CAT for IIMs in a computerized and standardized multi-test mode. We expect the service provider to undertake tasks including application process, test construction, test delivery, result processing and score reporting using appropriate technology. The IIMs will retain control over CAT,” a statement by the institute said.
On an average, approximately 2, 25, 000 candidates appear for CAT every year. The last date for receiving the bids from service providers is 26th August, 2013.
