Factory Visit by students of Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata at Skipper Limited

A Factory visit was organized by Bhawanipur Education Society College (BGES), Kolkata to Skipper Limited, manufacturers of PVS Pipes. Prof. Kaushik Banerjee and Prof. Divyesh Shah headed the 30 students’ troop for the visit to Skipper’s, Uluberia.

The scholars were welcomed warm-heartedly by the management and staff of Skipper Limited. The students got to know about the history of the company, how it started and carried out its work. The company took the pupil through a video and presentation of the company and introduced to the managing committee. Three groups were made out of the students visited and they were taken for the field visit across the factory and were briefed about the workings and technologies used in the company.

Mr. Devesh Bansal, the Director of Skipper Limited, held an interaction session with the students to clarify the doubts and answer their queries. The company provided with refreshments to the young scholars and gave goody bags. The students were astounded by the hospitality and arragnements the company made for them.
