I came to know about this responsibilty on the day of selection ( first day) itself. And I was more excited than afraid (or tensed) about the job.
My personal favourite part was conducting the meeting actually, which even other CJs appreciated.
One thing that made this an unforgettable experience was the suddenly-planned trip to my cousins, which involved a lot of travel, and which brought all the pressure to submit the write-ups on time. More than feeling bad of getting in this situation, I am feeling good about coming out of it.
I can never forget to mention the co ordination that the CJs showed.
To be in touch with team for a task, to discuss the write ups online, to re read them and finalise them in order to make them good enough for minimum editing, and to write my own (arguably most important) article is what defines my experience of managing the team for a weak!
Choosing the journo of the week again was a tough task in itself, since we had met twice only. Moreover, I have seen that we work like a team discussing everything together and then writing about particular things, which I think is a great way to manage the format that we work on.
