NIPER JEE is conducted by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, which is India’s first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences and a centre for excellence in advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. It functions under the aegis of Dept. of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India and is also a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.
Exam Pattern of NIPER
The NIPER JEE 2012 is a 2 hours exam for a total score of 200 marks. M. Pharma and MBA courses have a common test paper. The NIPER JEE paper is said to be similar to the GATE entrance examination. However, the NIPER paper stresses on basic chemistry.
Try and understand the question and answer quickly. Each question carries 1 mark with ¼ mark as negative marking. Hence we advise you to not attempt unless you are sure of your answer. The questions usually are taken from the core subjects like Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical analysis. Needless to say, time management is an essential factor to a successful NIPER JEE.

- Results will be declared within a week of the exam
NIPER JEE score is valid for a period of one year.
