The fourth cut-off list for admission to various undergraduate courses of the Delhi University (DU) for the academic session 2014-15 has been announced.
As per the list, most colleges have closed admission to popular undergraduate programmes. However, withdrawal of applications in some colleges where the seats were filled after the third cut-off list have resulted in the reopening of admissions in the colleges.
In most colleges, admissions to popular courses such as Economics, English, B.Com (Honours), B.Sc (Honours) in Computer Science were closed.
The three off-campus colleges, Acharya Narendra Dev, ARSD and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College, which had announced 100 per cent cut-off for admission to B.Sc ((Honours) in Computer Science in the first cut-off list, also closed admissions to the popular course.
Hansraj, Hindu and Kamala Nehru are among the nine colleges still offering admission in B.A (Honours) in Economics.
Gargi, Ramjas and IP are among the eleven colleges that have announced cut-offs for B.Com ((Honours) course. Seats in English is still available at Hansraj, Hindu, Miranda House and five other colleges.
B.Sc (Honours) in Computer Science is still being offered in seven colleges.
Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Daulat Ram, Deshbandhu, ARSD and Dyal Singh are among the colleges that have reopened admission in the fourth list.
Candidates who want to apply for admission basis the fourth cut-off list can do so till July 12, 2014.
