Dr. Sarang Medhekar Re-appointed as Head of Centre for Applied Physics-CUJ

The Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Jharkhand has notified that Dr. Saran Medhekar has been re-appointed as the Head of Centre for Applied Physics at Central University of Jharkhand with immediate effect as per the provision contained in the ordinance OA-5 for a period of three years with effect from October 20, 2015 or till his superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.

Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) is a central university instituted by Act of Parliament (Act no. 25 of 2009) in 2009. CUJ is affiliated to University Grants Commission (UGC). The respective University offers numerous courses at UG, PG and Doctorate level. The various courses are like UG Courses (after 10+2/equivalent examination), UG-Lateral Entry (after passing 1st year of Bachelor Degree), PG Courses (after passing Bachelor Degree/equivalent examination), Post Graduate-Lateral Entry Courses (after passing Bachelor Degree/equivalent examination) and Research Courses. Admissions of the above mentioned courses are made through the Central Universities Common Entrance Exam (CUCET).
