Donation Drive at GGSIPU, Dwarka

The Nilgiri Hostel (GH-II) of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka is organizing a five day Donation Drive in the campus starting from April 28- May 2, 2015. 

 

The donation drive will take place for an Orphanage. With utmost sense of realizing the plight of orphaned children, the hostel residents plan to carry out the donation drive and donate whatever possible. The residents wish to carry out a donation drive for Orphanage because they feel that the orphans are devoid of basic necessities of life, and charity will help them with the same. 

 

The Hostel residents will be putting up donation boxes in various places of the University. The boxes would be placed in front of all the Blocks, Hostel, Residential and Staff Quarter in which everyone from the University can donate. Contribution may include Clothes, Toys, Books, Notebooks, Pen, Pencil, Stationery, Medicines etc. The articles contributed would be personally donated to the NGO by the Hostel Council (GH-II) along with the Warden, Ms. Gayatri Sahu.
