Disregard attitude of Bihar Govt. towards scholarship scheme of JP University

Scholarship programme designs for SC/STs are overlooked by the Bihar Governments indicate that there is lack of reforms in educational system in Bihar.

Source says that one of the renowned University of Bihar Jai Prakash University offers scholarships for SC/ST students getting education here. Every year ample amount of applications have been received for this scholarship. But the saddest part is that students are not facilited with this scholarship on time. According to the estimate students applied in 2012 are still waiting for the scholarship. They are far from facilitating with this scholarship meant to help in their studies financially.
