Discover & Transform Yourself: A power packed motivational session at AIMSR

Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research (AIMSR) has been growing leaps and bounds since its inception 4 years ago. This coveted management institute has won accolades not only from the students and the academic fraternity but has also been at the forefront in receiving awards from the business schools surveys as well.

These achievements bear testimony to the innovative teaching methods practiced at AIMSR.

However, the crux of the management programmes at AIMSR is not just to create academic excellence and provide skilled managers to the industry. The core principle at AIMSR is to create strong willed and globally competent future managers who would be at the helm of the corporate world steering their businesses efficiently through the turbulent waters of global competition.

AIMSR thus regularly conducts workshops and sessions at its sprawling campus in Borivali to instill focus and strong values along with the right attitude among the students of AIMSR.

A workshop 'Discover & Transform Yourself' was organized at AIMSR for the aspiring MBA students to face the challenges of life fearlessly. Renowned motivational trainer Mr. Rajesh Singh facilitated the training and conducted various activities to drill the lessons of self-awareness, personal growth and process of collaboration.

The high light of the session was “the glass walk”. Students fearlessly walked barefoot on broken glass pieces and shed their fear of the unknown. The trainer was able to motivate each and every student to take the leap of faith through sustained motivational activities.

The session inculcated the importance of shedding fear to achieve greater goals.
