ITM University is all set to conduct convocation for 2014 batch in December. Scheduled to be held on December 20, 2014, Vice Chancellor, Pro Chancellor, Chancellor and Dr. Karan Singh, MP will award the degrees.
Students from B. Tech M. Tech, MBA, BBA & LLM who have passed out in June 2014 are invited to attend the ceremony and receive their degrees.

- Arrival of students: 8. 30 am
- Issuing of gowns, Rehearsal
- Registration
- Issue of gowns for degree distribution
- The chief Guest on arrival will be introduced to all the faculty members and will then join the academic procession at 10:55AM
