Counselling for Bachelor in Library & Information Science at MGKVP

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith had conducted counselling for Bachelor in Library and Information Science on July 29, 2013.

University has noticed that still some vacant seats are remained to be filled. So it has decided to conduct a counselling session again for the vacant seats available for this course on August 3, 2013

Aspirants are requested to attend this counselling. There will be one more chance to the candidates to try their luck.

Students are requested to present the campus along with the relevant documents.

Kashi Vidyapith founded in 1921 is the inspirational outcome of hard work of both Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta and ‘Bharat Ratna’ Dr. Bhagwan Das. Mahatma Gandhi had inaugurated it during the Non-Cooperation movement of Indian national struggle. Commitment to democracy, equality of all religions, staunch support to nationalism and to Indian socialism & enrichment of Hindi as a national language are the main objectives of this college as it was influenced heavily by national movements. Vidyapith was accorded the status of “Deemed University” by UGC in 1963. With its various faculties Mahatma Gandhi Vidyapith is offering quality education for the students.
