Coke Studio Concert at Sharda University in November 2013

Sharda University was thrilled with the never ending performances of famous celebrity  artist across India on the evening of November 13, 2013.

Coke Studio had organized an event at Sharda University where renowned celebrity singers Salim-Sulaiman and Papon came to give their performances.

Papon, who is currently one of India’s most coveted musical artists and has been the voice behind the success of many Bollywood superstars, His popular work includes recent hits like Barfi and Dum Maro Dum.

Event also witnessed India’s leading musician brothers, Salim – Sulaiman, who have been composing some of Bollywood’s most popular songs for over a decade. Their film music includes hits like Band Baja Baraat, Chak De India and Fashion amongst many others.
Coke Studio is synonymous with rich and diverse music styles of India and the world that bring together the biggest musicians combining independent, classical, folk, Sufi and music from other genres in an all new setting.

With some great creative experimentation in fusion music by the musicians, Coke Studio concerts chart new paradigms every season.

Papon was quoted saying, “India has such immense talent but very few platforms to showcase it. Coke Studio is one such platform that has been exploring the length and breadth of the country to dig out such great talent.
