CLAT 2014, was conducted on May 11, 2014 for admission to (BA L.L.B) and postgraduate (L.L.M) courses. The results for the same had been announced on May 31st, 2014 but were later taken down due to some discrepancy voiced by the candidates and were re-announced on June 6, 2014.
Post declaration of results on May 31, GNLU received a few mails expressing concerns over a mismatch in the expected and declared scores.
A thorough check by the university check a mismatch in the barcode sticker affixed on the front page of OMR and the candidate sticker affixed on the back page. This led to the marks of one candidate being reflected against the name of another candidate.
The overall ranking and merit list of CLAT 2014 candidates would be made available online. A revised schedule for the counselling and admission dates is also expected to be declared soon.
