Central Electronics Limited is a Public Sector Enterprise, Schedule B Company under the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology and is engaged in manufacturing of Solar Photovoltaic Cells, Modules & Systems, Railway Signaling Systems and Microwave Electronics Systems, etc.  This year CEL looks to recruit talented professionals on contractual basis for two years that is extendable on the basis of performance for one more year. The actual number of vacancies has not been announced yet; however, candidates will be notified once they are declared. CEL is looking to recruit Graduate Engineer on a contractual basis.

CEL Recruitment through GATE 2022 Selection Process

Candidates will be required to qualify GATE 2022 exam. Based on the performance in GATE, candidates will be further selected for a personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by displaying a list on the official website in August 2022.You will also be informed about the interview date, time and venue. Shortlisted candidates will be required to bring their original GATE 2022 score cards in the personal interview.

CEL Recruitment through GATE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be required to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the CEL recruitment through GATE 2022-

1. Candidates should have completed graduation or post graduation in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute with at least 65 percent marks in their engineering degree.
2. Interested and eligible candidates will need to appear for the GATE 2022 examination. Based on the GATE scores and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted in the last stage.
3. Final year students can also apply for the post.
4. Candidate’s maximum age should not be more than 27 years.

CEL Recruitment through GATE 2022: Valid GATE Score

The GATE 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 4 and 5, 2022 and February 11 and 12, 2022. CEL has not yet announced the cutoff yet. Candidates will be notified.

How to Apply for CEL Recruitment through GATE 2022?

There are two phases of the application process-

Phase 1 of CEL recruitment through GATE 2022

1. Candidate must fill the application form until February 2, 2022.
2. You will be sent a key code once you have registered. This will be used to login too.
3. Enter your GATE 2022 registration number that is mentioned on the GATE 2022 admit card along with the personal details.
4. Candidates must ensure that the details match their GATE 2022 application forms.
5. Candidates will be required to pay a requisite application fee online. SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates are exempted from application fee payment.

Phase 2 of CEL recruitment through GATE 2022

1. The candidate must login and upload their GATE 2022 scorecard and GATE rank.
2. Enter the final year aggregate marks of graduation.

CEL will be paying fixed emoluments per month and will be payable as per following-
