CBSE Class 10 & 12 Examination from March 1, 2016

The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has announced the date sheet for Class 10 and 12 board examinations.

The exam for 10th class students will begin from March 1 and will end on March 28, 2022. The exam for 12th class students will begin on March 1 and will end on April 22, 2022.

The first Class XII examination will be English on March 1, followed by Business Studies on March 3, Physics on March 5, History on March 8, Chemistry on March 9, Mathematics on March 14, Accountancy on March 17, Political Science on March 18, Biology on March 21, Economics on March 31, Geography on April 7, and Philosophy on April 16.

On the other hand, Class X examination will begin with Science on March 2, followed by Social Science on March 10, English on March 15, and Mathematics on March 19.

This year, around 13-15 lakh students are expected to appear for Class 10 & Class 12 exams. The admit cards to allow students to sit for the exam will be issued shortly.

In 2015, a total of 10,40,368 students sat for class 12 examination and a total of 13,73,853 students appeared for Class 10.
