CBSE 2022 Results Analysis: Pass Percentage
The total number of students who took the exam this year is 1,499,122 wherein 446,641 are girls and 621,259 boys. The overall pass percentage of the CBSE 2022 results is 92 percent which saw a considerable increase from last year’s pass percentage of 83%.
In the CBSE result 2022, the pass percentage for boys is 78.85% whereas the pass percentage for girls is 88.58. Palak Goyal of Tagore Public School, Kurukshetra (Haryana) has secured the second position in CBSE 12th exams with 99.2 percent marks. Ajish Shekhar from Chennai secured the third position. However, Sarthak Agarwal’s 99.6 percent feat achieved in 2014 still remains the highest CBSE class 12th result ever.
CBSE 2022 Results Analysis: Region Wise
South India has done far better than any other reasons in India as Thiruvananthapuram Region clinched a pass percentage of 97.61 overall, followed by Chennai with a pass percentage of over 92.63.
