Business Planning Training Session at BESC, Kolkata

The Bhawanipur Education Society College (BESC), University of Calcutta, organized a training session on the steps of creating a successful business plan.

Mr. Mansukhani, a capacity building trainer, was the guest speaker for the event. He shared his professional experiences with the students and faculty members present in the auditorium.

It was an interactive session since the students shared their business ideas with him and got to know about the applicability and relevance of the plans proposed by them.

Some of the highlights of his address include:

• Significance of a business plan
• Importance of developing a marketing plan
• Usefulness of financial strategies
• SWOT Analysis
• Performance Review

In his final piece of advice, he said that no matter if one is in business now or wants to start a business, they’ll always need a Business Plan to kick start their dreams. He signed off by saying “business in actual practice is a difficult task.”
