Business India Institute of Finance in New Delhi

Greycells Education Ltd., a vocational training company, announced its foray in financial education with the launch of Business India Institute of Finance at New Delhi. Business India Institute of Finance will initially offer Post Graduate Diploma in Finance (PGDF) with two primary specialisations — Wealth and Investment Management and Banking and Corporate Finance.
 
Masters in International Business Engineering in Rome
For students keen to study technology-oriented management, they have an opportunity to study a one-year Master’s programme in international business engineering in Rome. This is an initiative of The Finmeccanica Group, a global player in defence, aeronautics and helicopters in collaboration with global universities. The Master's programme will be taught in Rome and the medium of language would be English. Students with four years of engineering degree with specialisation in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, aeronautics, electrical, energy or ICT will be eligible for the course. Students having degree in business and economics or science can also apply. Alternatively, candidates should have a bachelor's degree plus at least one year relevant work experience.
 
IIM Ahmedabad partners with Darden School of Business
The Darden School of Business and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) signed a partnership recently to develop research and educational programmes to enhance the understanding of international issues among students. “While the student exchange programme will be in operation this year," says Professor Samir Barua, director of IIMA, “we envisage the collaboration will facilitate activities in the area of joint case writing and research, given that both Darden and IIMA use the case method in their programmes."
