Amity University Presents International Seminar on Corporate Jurisprudence

Amity University will conduct an international level seminar on January 29-31, 2014.

The Corporate Law in India is passing through a phase of complete transformation and all the issues related to corporate governance are the centre of discussion for the scholars.

This seminar will throw light on all emerging issues regarding the same. This seminar welcomes all professionals, academicians and students.

Certificate of participation/paper presentation will be issued to those who have registered for the conference. Those whose papers are accepted but not attend the conference will not get the certificate. Co-authors, who don’t present the papers but register themselves, will be given the certificate.
